No FFA Link Pages
No Link Farms
No Search Engine Spidering

Using link-building programs can penalize or even get your web site banned.

Link-building programs that query or use the search engines for finding web sites, data or information can be halmful to your website.

Our Link Exchange Manager uses your own website's template and requires you to find, categorize, and approve which sites you will exchange links with.

Only by personally exchanging links with other websites can you be sure your website's search engine rankings won't be harmed.

Link Exchange Manager - Quick Tour Guide

Exchanging links with other websites is a great way to add quality to your website. It can improve your search engine rankings, as having your link on other people's websites means they consider your site important. Search engines, such as Google, recognize this and so will rank your pages accordingly. As a general rule of thumb, the more quality websites that link you, the more important your website is considered to be by the search engines.

Using Link Exchange Manager to build and manage your reciprocal links is made easier by these eight main simple steps.

1. Setup your website details
2. Provide your website HTML template page
3. Create Link Page Categories
4. Find and enter details of potential link partners
5. Automatically check link partner's sites for your link
6. Send Link Request Emails to link prospects
7. Remove links to sites who do not link back to you
8. Automatically generate your Reciprocal Links Webpages

1. Setup your website details

Link Exchange Manager can manage links page directories for virtually an unlimited number of websites. When you first start Link Exchange Manager, you are presented with the main menu. Here there is a list of all the different website links page directories which you manage. By default we provide a couple of sample link page sites.

There are two ways you can start a links page. The first step is to create a new website entry. This can be done either though the 'Create New' button, or the Quick Start Wizard button. We recommend the 'Quick Start Wizard' method as it guides you through the process of setting up your website's links pages. The 'Create New' option is better suited to advanced users.

After selecting the Quick Start Wizard button, you are asked whether you would like a multiple or single links page.

After deciding between having a single links page, or a directory of multiple links pages, you are asked to enter some information about your website.
These Include :

- Site Title
- Site Description
- Site URL

The above three fields are used to make your website's link code for your link partners to use on their websites.

Other details needed for generating your links pages include :

- A title for your links page
- A filename for your links page
- Remote URL Location of your links page(s)
- Working folder on your PC to generate links pages into
- Your email and SMTP details for sending link requests

2. Provide your website HTML template page

Link Exchange Manager generates your links page for you using a HTML template that you provide, therefore your links pages will have the same look and feel as the rest of your website. In order to customize the look of your links page, the 'Quick Start Wizard' will ask you to select a template file. Then place a bookmark code into the HTML where you would like the links to appear on your pages.

3. Create Link Page Categories

Once you have set up and chosen your links pages categories (and subcategories if using a multiple links page setup) you will then be ready to start exchanging links with other websites.

Depending on whether you chose (step 1) to have a Single Links page or a directory of Multiple Links pages, the layout of your links pages will vary and so will the way you set up your categories.

Example of a Single Links Page - uses categories within the single page.

Example of Multiple Links Pages - uses a main category for each page, and has sub-categories within each page. A main contents page also links to each of your category pages.
