Why do I get acid reflux?
You can obtain acid reflux and heartburn in various ways. Some of these include: H. pylori bacterium, an over acidic stomach, eating a large meal, digestive problems or a damaged lower esophageal sphincter.
Damaging their lower esophageal sphincter and esophagus is the reason most people get acid reflux. Sometimes this acid reflux damage is minimal and other times it is quite severe. Nevertheless, it can be cured - and quite simply too!
People suffer from acid reflux and heartburn when the fumes from stomach acid touches wounds on the esophagus. This contact will create pain - best described as a burning sensation in the chest. Ever get any acidic vinegar on a cut? Hurts doesn’t it?
People who have lesions on their esophagus would have a hard time drinking tomato, orange or any other acidic juice, because it would react with the sores and cause pain. Clearly, people that don't suffer from that pain don't get acid reflux or heartburn because their digestive organs are in good working order.
Can I Correct It?
Of course you can, 90% of the people that have tried my method have found complete relief from their former acid reflux condition. They are enjoying a life that is free of pain, anxiety, burping and embarrassment. You can too!
I researched for years to get my head around what was causing me so much pain and embarrassment. In the end I found out what brought about acid reflux, and gastroesophageal reflux disease.

What is Acid Reflux?
Medically, Acid Reflux is named Gastroesophageal reflux disease, or GERD. Acid reflux (GERD) is the condition in which the liquid content of the stomach regurgitates (backs up, or refluxes) into the esophagus. GERD can occasionally be confused with infrequent heartburn because heartburn is its most common symptom! Unlike heartburn, symptoms of acid reflux disease generally occur two or more days a week for a minimum of 12 weeks, and can harm your esophagus.
Acid reflux disease is when the stomach acid comes into contact with the esophagus often enough to influence the way you live your daily life and/or injure the esophagus. Positioned at the top of your stomach is a muscle called the lower esophageal sphincter, or the LES, which, to let food in, normally opens and closes. It also works to stop stomach acid from refluxing into your esophagus. If someone has GERD, their lower esophageal sphincter will open at the wrong time, allowing the harmful stomach acid into the esophagus.
The disease can lead to severe health issues that need hospital treatment. Wheezing or coughing is another symptom of GERD, and occurs when the person gets acid into their lungs. Acid reflux in the throat can cause sore throat. If acid gets into the mouth it can corrode tooth enamel.. More on Acid Reflux
