If you are an administrator of Terminal Server 4.0 or Windows 2000 with Terminal Services, you are very familiar with the Num Lock problem. Users will log on and their Num Lock keystate does not maintain it's settings from the previous session. In addition, sometimes the Num Lock light is on, but the key behaves as if it is off. This utility fixes this ever-so-familiar problem, and also allows for setting the Caps Lock and Scroll Lock state as well. Enjoy!
