I snored chronically.
In my youth it was a problem going on trips with friends - my snoring would keep them awake all night.

Snoring Facts
- Snoring arises when the air passage is blocked, thereby inhibiting easy and normal breathing during sleep.
- Snoring can be the result of a nasal blockage, when the mouth has to be used to inhale. The back of the throat can be obstructed by the uvula when the mouth is open and the tongue is forced back.
- Snoring becomes louder as the muscles relax more.
- Muscles in the throat, which are open while the body is awake, relax and sag during sleep. Snoring occurs when these muscles collapse (i.e. become too lax), creating a blockage at the airway.
