  • Snoring arises by a blocked air passage, in that way inhibiting easy and usual breathing while sleeping.


  • Nasal blockages can cause snoring because the person has to breathe through their mouth. The uvula can block the back of the throat if the tongue pushes it back when the mouth is open.


  • Snoring becomes louder as the muscles relax more.
