I had a terrible snoring problem.

- Snoring arises by a blocked air passage, in that way inhibiting easy and usual breathing while sleeping.
- Nasal blockages can also cause snoring because it forces people to breath through their mouth. If the mouth is open, the tongue is forced back and pushes the uvula against the back of the throat.
