  • Snoring arises by a blocked air passage, in that way inhibiting easy and usual breathing while sleeping.


  • When awake the muscles of the throat keep the throat open but when asleep these muscles go into a relax mode & sag inward. Snoring occurs when the airways is blocked by muscles that relax too much.
