I had a very bad snoring problem.

It plagued me in my youth, when I would keep friends up all night if we went on trips.

  • Snoring arises when the air passage is blocked, thereby inhibiting easy and normal breathing during sleep.


  • Snoring can be caused by a nasal blockage (i.e. when somebody has a cold) and as the personal is force to breathe through their mouth they can begin to snore. The tongue is pushed back when the mouth is open, and makes the uvula to press against the throat.
