I had a very bad snoring problem.

  • Snoring arises when the air passage is blocked, thereby inhibiting easy and normal breathing during sleep.


  • Muscles in the airway are kept open when you are awake, but sag inwards during sleep. Snoring occurs when the airways is blocked by muscles that relax too much.
