I had a terrible snoring problem.

- Snoring arises when the air passage is blocked, thereby inhibiting easy and normal breathing during sleep.
- A nasal blockage causes one to breathe through the mouth which can lead to snoring. The back of the throat can be obstructed by the uvula when the mouth is open and the tongue is forced back.
