I snored chronically.

In my youth it plagued me - going out on trips with friends I would keep them up all night by snoring.

After getting married, I became desperate to resolve my problem. I tried other snoring cures - like sprays, creams and pills. I even wore those farcical contraptions in my mouth. Nothing worked and I almost gave up trying to fix it.

  • Snoring arises when the air passage is blocked, thereby inhibiting easy and normal breathing during sleep.


  • The more the throat is blocked by the muscles, the louder the snoring.
