I had a severe case of snoring.
It plagued me in my youth, when I would keep friends up all night if we went on trips.

- Snoring develops in situations where the air passage is blocked, thereby inhibiting normal breathing while sleeping.
- A nasal blockage causes one to breathe through the mouth which can lead to snoring. The uvula can block the back of the throat if the tongue pushes it back when the mouth is open.
