I had a chronic case of snoring.

Snoring Facts
- Snoring occurs when the air passage is hindered, thus inhibiting usual and easy breathing while asleep.
- The more the throat is blocked by the muscles, the louder the snoring.
- When awake the muscles of the throat keep the throat open but when asleep these muscles go into a relax mode & sag inward. Snoring happens when these muscles become too relaxed and start to block the throat.
- Snoring can be caused by a nasal blockage (i.e. when somebody has a cold) and as the personal is force to breathe through their mouth they can begin to snore. The tongue is pushed back when the mouth is open, and makes the uvula to press against the throat.
