I had a chronic case of snoring.

Snoring Facts

  • Snoring occurs when the air passage is hindered, thus inhibiting usual and easy breathing while asleep.


  • Snoring can be the result of a nasal blockage, when the mouth has to be used to inhale. When the mouth is open, the tongue gets pushed back and makes the uvula to push against the back of the throat.
