I had a very bad snoring problem.

In my youth it was a problem going on trips with friends - my snoring would keep them awake all night.

  • Snoring occurs when the air passage is hindered, thus inhibiting usual and easy breathing while asleep.


  • A nasal blockage causes one to breathe through the mouth which can lead to snoring. In an open-mouth position the tongue is pushed back causing the uvula to press against the back of the throat.
