I had a chronic case of snoring.

Even when I was young it was a problem - trips with friends could be difficult because I'd keep them up all night long with my snoring.

  • Snoring takes place when the air passage is impeded, therefore inhibiting simple and normal breathing during sleep.


  • Muscles in the throat, which are open while the body is awake, relax and sag during sleep. When they relax more than necessary the airway can become blocked and snoring will result.
