We provide a Lifetime Support Guarantee of a minimum of 1 year on our Release RAM bundle orders. We pledge to support our customers should they have any future problems with our software bundle, or if they lose their product, we will help to get it up and running successfully without any upgrade or support fees. Lifetime updates of our software will also be provided free of charge.
In addition to our Lifetime Support Guarantee, we also provide a 30 day return refund on orders where our software does not run as they are advertised to. If you have any difficulty with the software, please contact our technical support department so we can help you. If we are unable to resolve any problem we will provide a refund on your purchase.
