I had SO MANY Questions

So, being the information hound that I am, I went looking for answers. Sadly, I came up short. Most of the fashionable pregnancy books were either too medical (making me more anxious and nervous) or too playful (not giving me enough practical advice).

Also, I realized that the common feeling out there is that pregnancy can be a stressful struggle and that pregnant women gain lots of weight, wear huge oversized clothing, feel uncomfortable and don't have much energy.

Not me! I was determined to LOOK good and have TONS of energy during my pregnancy. I was also going to be FREE of aches and pains, dress sexy and of course have an easy time losing weight after I delivered my baby.

And I did it.

New Moms are Often Full of Regret
Many pregnant women let themselves go. They indulge in their food cravings, while often stopping their usual exercising routines.

There’s no denying that when you have a big belly, feel nauseous and have aches and pains – the last thing you feel like doing is getting up off the couch or thinking about what you’re about to put in your mouth.

And that is why many pregnant women gain more weight than they should do. They battle to lose the excess weight afterwards, and feel unhappy.

How many times do you hear moms complaining about the “last ” few pounds from pregnancy that they are unable to lose?

And how many females do you know that have turned to using restrictive diets and strict exercising routines (all the weight-loss “tricks”) to remove those UNWANTED pounds after pregnancy?

In fact, many women spend the rest of their lives feeling like they’ll never get their “pre-pregnancy” body back– they don’t feel sexy or attractive.

Could've, should've, would've – don’t ever let this happen to you. Don’t be full of regret.

You CAN make your pregnancy SUCCESSFUL for both baby and you – it’s not as difficult as you think (and it WILL help you for life afterwards!).

Many Pregnancy Books Are All About BABY
Pregnancy books will tell you to eat an extra 300 calories and to exercise – but that’s about it. Nowhere could I find exactly WHAT I could/should do in any detail.

Even though I was an “expert” in non-pregnancy fitness, I had TONS to learn about “pregnancy + fitness”. I remember when I was trying to find out HOW I could modify my exercise routines for my own pregnancy – what was safe to do and what was needed to AVOID.
