An online status indicator for PC's using a shared dialup internet connection. So if you use Windows 98SE, Windows ME or Windows 2000 (or WinRoute or WinGate) to share a single internet connection then IsOnline shows the status of that connection in the bottom right hand corner of the display. No more wondering whether you can just quickly pop online to check your email for instance.
