Why do I get heartburn?
Heartburn and acid reflux can be the result of a variety of things. Some of these can be: A damaged lower esophageal sphincter, an over acidic stomach, eating a large meal, H. pylori bacterium or digestive problems.
The majority of people experience heartburn because they have damaged their (LES) lower esophageal sphincter and esophagus. Sometimes this damage from heartburn is negligible and other times it is very bad. However it can be eliminated easily!
People experience heartburn and acid reflux because the wounds on their esophagus are exposed to stomach acid fumes. When acid fumes or acid come in contact with the lesions in your esophagus they will cause pain - like a feeling of scalding in the chest area. It is the same painful feeling as getting acidic vinegar in a cut.
When people drink orange or tomato juice the acid in the drinks comes in direct contact with the sores and lesions on the esophagus and it causes pain. People who don't feel pain obviously don't get heartburn or acid reflux because their digestive system has no problems.
Can I Correct It?
Of course you can, 90% of the people who have read my publication have been totally cured of their heartburn problems. They are living it up, with a life that is free of burping, embarrassment, anxiety - and most of all pain! You could be next!

What is Heartburn?
Heartburn is a pain in the cheat (behind the breast bone), and feels like a ‘burning’ sensation. Pain can also be felt in the same region but toward the person's back. Heartburn is experienced by most people sometime in their life. Heartburn is actually a digestive problem - not a heart condition. Meals and posture are the usual culprit for heartburn, so it can frequently be resolved with indigestion remedies.
What Causes Heartburn?
The stomach has acid in it, which is there to digest food. Heartburn arises as the result of little quantities of this stomach acid go up into the gullet (esophagus) - this ascension is called reflux.
The esophagus is very sensitive - it doesn't have a protective lining like the stomach - so it can become tender and irritated if it is touch by the acid. More Causes of Heartburn
