Why do I get GERD?
GERD and heartburn can be caused by an assortment of things. Some of these include: Eating a large meal, H. pylori bacterium, digestive problems, an over acidic stomach or a damaged lower esophageal sphincter.
A damaged LES (lower esophageal sphincter) and esophagus is the main reason people suffer from GERD. The harm caused by GERD varies - sometimes it is very slight, other times it can be quite major. Nonetheless it can be solved in a very straightforward way!
GERD, heartburn happens when abrasions on the esophagus are brought into contact with fumes from the stomach acid. This will be sore - like the sensation that the chest is being burnt from inside. Have you ever got acidic vinegar on a wound? It hurts!
Pain can be felt if you drink tomato or orange juice and the acid in the juice comes into contact with grazes on the esophagus. People that don’t have pain, obviously never get GERD or heartburn because their digestive system is in good health.
Can I Correct It?
Certainly! Complete relief from GERD has been found by 90% of the people who have read my publication. They are now enjoying a life free of pain, anxiety, belching and embarrassment. This could be you as well!
I spent several years trying to figure out what was happening to my body. I eventually succeeded in finding out what really causes GERD and gastroesophageal reflux disease.
