Why do I get heartburn?
You can get heartburn and acid reflux from a number of different things. Digestive problems, an over acidic stomach, eating a large meal, H. pylori bacterium, or a damaged lower esophageal sphincter.
People usually suffer from heartburn because they have a damaged lower esophageal sphincter and esophagus. Sometimes this damage from heartburn is negligible and other times it is very bad. However it can be fixed very easily!
People suffer from heartburn and acid reflux when the fumes from stomach acid touches wounds on the esophagus. When they come into contact it will cause pain - best described as a burning sensation in the chest. Have you ever got acidic vinegar on a wound? It hurts!
Orange or tomato juice can cause pain for people the esophagus damage, as the acid in the drinks comes in contact with the sores causes pain. People that don’t have pain don't get heartburn or acid reflux because their digestive organs are in good working order.
Can I Correct It?
Of course you can, 90% of the people that have tried my method have found complete relief from their former heartburn condition. They are enjoying a life that is free of pain, anxiety, burping and embarrassment. You can too!
I spent a lot of time working out what was causing my pain. At last I worked out what created heartburn, and gastroesophageal reflux disease.

What is Heartburn?
Heartburn is a chest pain (behind the breast bone), best described like an ongoing scalding feeling. It can sometimes be felt closer to the back of the body than the front. At one time or another, nearly everyone suffers from heartburn. Although the name may lead you to believe heartburn is a heart condition, it is really a digestive problem. Indigestion remedies will often cure heartburn, because it is usually associated with meals and posture.
What Causes Heartburn?
Food is digested by acid in the stomach. Heartburn takes place if minute quantities of acid rise up into the gullet (esophagus) - the tube which transports food from the mouth down into the stomach. The acid rising is called reflux.
Unlike the stomach, the esophagus doesn't have a protective lining, so it can become tender and irritated if it is touch by the acid. More Causes of Heartburn
