Why do I get acid reflux?
Acid reflux and heartburn can be caused by an assortment of things. A damaged lower esophageal sphincter, H. pylori bacterium, an over acidic stomach, eating a large meal or digestive problems.
People usually suffer from acid reflux because they have a damaged lower esophageal sphincter and esophagus. Injury from acid reflux can vary from being minor to being extensive. However it can be eliminated easily!
Acid reflux, heartburn happens when abrasions on the esophagus are brought into contact with fumes from the stomach acid. This can hurt a lot - like the sensation that the chest is being burnt from inside. It's the same kind of pain as getting acidic vinegar on a cut.
Drinking orange or tomato juice can be a painful experience for someone with esophagus lesions, as the acid in the juice will burn their throat. People that don’t have pain don't get acid reflux or heartburn because their body is in good working order.
Can I Correct It?
Of course! 90% of people who have used my method have found total relief from their previous acid reflux problem. They are living it up, with a life that is free of burping, embarrassment, anxiety - and most of all pain! You could be next!
I spent a lot of time working out what was causing my pain. At last I worked out what created acid reflux, and gastroesophageal reflux disease.

What is Acid Reflux?
Acid Reflux often called GERD - an abbreviation of the medical term Gastroesophageal reflux disease. The regurgitation of stomach acid into the esophagus is the condition of Acid reflux (GERD). Acid reflux is frequently wrongly taken for heartburn because heartburn is the most frequent symptom of GERD. Normal heartburn is much more infrequent that the acid reflux disease symptom of heartburn, which usually happens two or more days a week for a minimum of three months, and can seriously damage your esophagus.
Acid reflux disease occurs when the rise of stomach acid into the esophagus is happens enough to damage the esophagus and/or have consequences on you day-to-day living. At the top of the stomach there is a muscle called the lower esophageal sphincter, or LES, which lets food in by opening and shutting. It also protects the esophagus by not allowing stomach acid up. With GERD, the LES opens at the incorrect time, letting acid come up from the stomach and into the esophagus.
GERD can lead to more acute medical problems that necessitate hospital stays and possibly surgery. Some acid reflux patients can develop a wheeze or cough. This is the result of stomach acid making its way into the lungs. If stomach acid gets all the way up into the throat, it can result in pain (or a 'sore throat'). The enamel on your teeth can be worn away by stomach acid if it gets into your mouth.. More on Acid Reflux
