Why do I get heartburn?
You can obtain heartburn and acid reflux in various ways. Some of these include: Digestive problems, an over acidic stomach, eating a large meal, H. pylori bacterium, or a damaged lower esophageal sphincter.
People usually suffer from heartburn because they have a damaged lower esophageal sphincter and esophagus. The injury from heartburn can be small or large. However it is easily cured!
People experience heartburn and acid reflux because the wounds on their esophagus are exposed to stomach acid fumes. This can be very painful - like your chest is burning inside. It is the same painful feeling as getting acidic vinegar in a cut.
If someone is experiencing pain when they drink acidic juice (like orange or tomato) they probably have a damaged esophagus. People that don’t have pain don't get heartburn or acid reflux because their body is in good working order.
Can I Correct It?
Certainly! Complete relief from heartburn has been found by 90% of the people who have read my publication. They are living it up, with a life that is free of burping, embarrassment, anxiety - and most of all pain! You could be next!
I spent years trying to figure out what was happening inside my body. Finally succeed in finding out the cause of heartburn, and gastroesophageal reflux disease.

What is Heartburn?
Heartburn is a chest ache (pain behind the breast bone), normally explained as a burning feeling. Pain can also be felt at the same level in the mid-line of the back. Most people suffer from heartburn at some point in their lives. Although the name heartburn leads us to believe it is a heart-based problem, it is really a problem with the digestive system. As heartburn is often the result of meals or posture, common indigestion treatments will often solve it.
What Causes Heartburn?
Acid is present in the stomach to digest food. Heartburn happens when small amounts of acid ascend into the esophagus - the tube which carries food from the mouth to the stomach. This is called reflux.
The esophagus doesn't have a protective lining like the stomach, so if it comes into contact with the acid it becomes inflamed and sore. More Causes of Heartburn
