Why do I get heartburn?
Heartburn and acid reflux can originate from a range of different things. Some of these would include: An over acidic stomach, eating a large meal, H. pylori bacterium, digestive problems, or a damaged lower esophageal sphincter.
A damaged LES (lower esophageal sphincter) and esophagus is the main reason people suffer from heartburn. The pain of heartburn can very from being quite insignificant to debilitating. However it is simple to eliminate!
People get heartburn and acid reflux when stomach acid vapor and esophagus lesions come into contact. This can hurt a lot - a sense of burning in the chest region. It is the same painful feeling as getting acidic vinegar in a cut.
If you feel pain while drinking orange, or any other acidic juice, you probably have esophagus lesions which are burning when the acid from the juice touches them. Clearly, people that don't suffer from that pain don't get heartburn or acid reflux because their digestive organs are working properly.
Can I Correct It?
Certainly! Complete relief from heartburn has been found by 90% of the people who have read my publication. They are now loving a life that is no longer weighed down by pain, anxiety and embarrassing belching. You can be one of them! You don't need the added stress if having heartburn whilst being pregnant. Heartburn doesn't need to affect your pregnancy.
It look me several years to understand exactly what was causing my pain. In the end I discovered the source of heartburn, and gastroesophageal reflux disease.

What is Heartburn?
Heartburn is a pain behind the breast bone, often described as ‘burning’ in quality. It is normally towards the front of the body in the chest region, but can sometimes be felt around the back. Heartburn is one of those conditions that almost everyone will face at some point in their lives. Heartburn has nothing to do with the heart - it is a digestive problem. As heartburn is often the result of meals or posture, common indigestion treatments will often solve it.
Heartburn Pregnancy
Quite a number of women have heartburn for the first time in pregnancy — athough it's common and not harmful, it is often rather uncomfortable. Heartburn (also called acid indigestion or acid reflux) is a burning sensation that regularly extends from the bottom of the breastbone to the lower throat. It's caused by both hormonal and physical changes in your body.
With heartburn pregnancy, the placenta creates the hormone progesterone, which relaxes the smooth muscles of the uterus. This hormone also relaxes the valve that separates the esophagus from the stomach, allowing gastric acids to seep back up the pipe, which causes that unpleasant burning sensation.
