Why do I get heartburn?

Heartburn and acid reflux can originate from a range of different things. An over acidic stomach, eating a large meal, H. pylori bacterium, digestive problems, or a damaged lower esophageal sphincter.

Heartburn is experienced by most people as a result of having a damaged lower esophageal sphincter and esophagus. The pain of heartburn can very from being quite insignificant to debilitating. Nevertheless, it can be cured - and quite simply too!

When stomach acid vapors touches lesions on the esophagus heartburn and acid reflux is experienced. This will result in pain - like the sensation that the chest is being burnt from inside. It's the same kind of pain as getting acidic vinegar on a cut.

If someone is experiencing pain when they drink acidic juice (like orange or tomato) they probably have a damaged esophagus. Clearly, if someone doesn't get that pain they won't suffer from heartburn or acid reflux because their digestive organs are working properly.

Can I Correct It?

Of course! 90% of people who have used my method have found total relief from their previous heartburn problem. They are living their life pain-free, without anxiety, belching and embarrassment. You could be one of them!

I spent a lot of time working out what was causing my pain. In the end I discovered the source of heartburn, and gastroesophageal reflux disease.
