Why do I get heart burn?
You can get heart burn and acid reflux from a number of different things. These include: Eating a large meal, an over-acidic stomach, H. pylori bacterium, a damaged lower esophageal sphincter or digestive problems.
Most people experience heart burn because of a damaged (LES) lower esophageal sphincter and esophagus. Injury from heart burn can vary from being minor to being extensive. Nonetheless it can be solved in a very straightforward way!
People get heart burn and acid reflux when stomach acid vapor and esophagus lesions come into contact. This can be very painful - like the sensation that the chest is being burnt from inside. Have you ever got acidic vinegar on a wound? It hurts!
If someone is experiencing pain when they drink acidic juice (like orange or tomato) they probably have a damaged esophagus. Clearly, people that don't suffer from that pain don't get heart burn or acid reflux because their digestive system is working effectively.
Can I Correct It?
Yes! My treatment has been effective (permanently!) for 90% of the people that have tried it. They are now living unhindered by pain, anxiety, belching and embarrassment. You could join them!
I spent a lot of time working out what was causing my pain. At last I realized the reason for heart burn, and gastroesophageal reflux disease.

What is Heartburn?
Heartburn is a pain behind the breast bone, often described as ‘burning’ in quality. Although normally located at the front of the chest, it can sometimes be felt deeper towards the back. At some point or another, almost everyone will endure the pain of heartburn. Heartburn is actually a digestive problem - not a heart condition. Indigestion remedies will often cure heartburn, because it is usually associated with meals and posture.
What Causes Heartburn?
Stomach acid is used to digest food. You suffer heartburn when miniscule amounts of stomach acid come up into the gullet (esophagus) - the tube which transports food from the mouth down into the stomach. The acid rising is called reflux.
Unlike the stomach, the esophagus doesn't have a protective lining, so it can become injured and painful if exposed to the stomach's acid. More Causes of Heartburn
