Why do I get heart burn?
Heart burn and acid reflux can have different causes. Some of these include: Eating a large meal, an over-acidic stomach, H. pylori bacterium, a damaged lower esophageal sphincter or digestive problems.
Heart burn is most commonly caused by a damaged lower esophageal sphincter and esophagus. Injury from heart burn can vary from being minor to being extensive. However it can be corrected - and quite easily too!
People get heart burn and acid reflux when stomach acid vapor and esophagus lesions come into contact. This can cause a lot of pain - like a feeling of scalding in the chest area. It's best compared to getting acidic vinegar on an open cut.
People who have lesions on their esophagus would have a hard time drinking tomato, orange or any other acidic juice, because it would react with the sores and cause pain. Clearly, if someone doesn't get that pain they won't suffer from heart burn or acid reflux because their digestive system is working effectively.
Can I Correct It?
Of course! 90% of people who have used my method have found total relief from their previous heart burn problem. They are living it up, with a life that is free of burping, embarrassment, anxiety - and most of all pain! You could be next!
I spent months learning why my body was giving me so much grief. At last I worked out what created heart burn, and gastroesophageal reflux disease.

What is Heartburn?
Heartburn is a pain behind the breast bone, and is described just like it's name - a feeling that your heart is burning. The back of the body can also be a location for heartburn, but still in the same chest region. At one time or another, nearly everyone suffers from heartburn. Heartburn has nothing to do with the heart - it is a digestive problem. Heartburn is generally related to meals and posture and can often be relieved by remedies for indigestion.
What Causes Heartburn?
Stomach acid is used to digest food. Heartburn happens when small amounts of acid ascend into the esophagus - the tube which transports food from the mouth down into the stomach. The acid rising is called reflux.
The esophagus doesn't have a protective lining like the stomach, so if it comes into contact with the acid it becomes inflamed and sore. More Causes of Heartburn
