Why do I get GERD?
You can get GERD and heartburn from a number of different things. Some of these can be: Eating a large meal, H. pylori bacterium, digestive problems, an over acidic stomach or a damaged lower esophageal sphincter.
GERD is experienced by most people as a result of having a damaged lower esophageal sphincter and esophagus. The injury from GERD can be small or large. However it can be corrected - and quite easily too!
GERD, heartburn happens when abrasions on the esophagus are brought into contact with fumes from the stomach acid. When acid fumes or acid come in contact with the lesions in your esophagus they will cause pain - a burning sensation in the chest area. It's best compared to getting acidic vinegar on an open cut.
If you have lesions on your esophagus, you will feel pain when you drink orange or tomato juice (because of the acid in the juice). People who don't feel pain obviously don't get GERD or heartburn because their digestive system is in good health.
Can I Correct It?
Certainly! My method of treatment has completely cured 90% of the people who have tested it - no more GERD! They are living it up, with a life that is free of burping, embarrassment, anxiety - and most of all pain! You could be next!
I researched for years to get my head around what was causing me so much pain and embarrassment. At last I realized the reason for GERD, and gastroesophageal reflux disease.

About GERD
At least five to seven per cent of the worldwide population suffer from Gastroesophageal reflux disease, or GERD. (Percentage based on once a day heartburn.) 19.8% of the global population suffers from heartburn and/or reflux weekly.
Although common, GERD often is unrecognized its symptoms misunderstood. This is unfortunate because GERD is generally a treatable disease. Serious complications can result if it is not treated properly.
Persistent heartburn is the most frequent, but not the only symptom of GERD. (Even without symptoms, some people may carry the disease.) Heartburn is so universal, most people don't understand it can be caused by a disease. In most cases, GERD is either self treated or handled incorrectly.
GERD is a habitual disease. GERD must be continually treated to fully eliminate it - even post-symptom. The continual use of medication and revisal of day-to-day life are two issues which need to be looked at. This can be accomplished through follow-up, support and education. Learn More about GERD
