Why do I get GERD?
GERD and heartburn can originate from a range of different things. These include: Eating a large meal, H. pylori bacterium, digestive problems, an over acidic stomach or a damaged lower esophageal sphincter.
Damaging their lower esophageal sphincter and esophagus is the reason most people get GERD. Injury from GERD can vary from being minor to being extensive. However it can be corrected - and quite easily too!
GERD and heartburn occurs when vapors from the stomach acid makes contact with the sores on the esophagus. This contact will create pain - best described as a burning sensation in the chest. It's best compared to getting acidic vinegar on an open cut.
Orange or tomato juice can cause pain for people the esophagus damage, as the acid in the drinks comes in contact with the sores causes pain. Evidently, if drinking acidic juice doesn't cause someone pain they probably never get GERD or heartburn because their digestive organs are working effectively.
Can I Correct It?
Certainly! Complete relief from GERD has been found by 90% of the people who have read my publication. They are making the most of their life, that is no longer hampered by pain, anxiety, burping and embarrassment. You could too!
It look me several years to understand exactly what was causing my pain. I eventually succeeded in finding out what really causes GERD and gastroesophageal reflux disease.

About GERD
Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is a problem for around 5 to 7 per cent of the worldwide population. (Commonness founded on once a day heartburn.) Heartburn and/or acid reflux occurring weekly happens with 19.8% of people.
Despite the fact that GERD is widespread, many people don't know what it is and aren't aware of the warning signs. This is disappointing, because in general GERD can be easily fixed. Grave problems can result if it isn't treated correctly.
Persistent heartburn is the most frequent, but not the only symptom of GERD. (The disease can be carried by a lot of people, without any indicators that it is there.) A lot of people with heartburn do not realize it can be disease-related. In general, people tend to treat GERD themselves, or deal with it in the wrong way.
GERD is chronic. To be cured, it has to be treated over a long period of time, even following the disappearance of all the symptoms. The daily routines of the infected person needs to be addressed, as well as long-term medication. This can be accomplished through follow-up, support and education. Learn More about GERD
