Why do I get heartburn?
Heartburn and acid reflux can be caused by an assortment of things. This includes: A damaged lower esophageal sphincter, an over acidic stomach, eating a large meal, H. pylori bacterium or digestive problems.
Most people experience heartburn because of a damaged (LES) lower esophageal sphincter and esophagus. heartburn damage is sometimes nominal, but it is sometimes extreme. However it is simple to eliminate!
People get heartburn and acid reflux when stomach acid vapor and esophagus lesions come into contact. This will result in pain - best described as a burning sensation in the chest. Have you ever got acidic vinegar on a wound? It hurts!
Pain can be felt if you drink tomato or orange juice and the acid in the juice comes into contact with grazes on the esophagus. Clearly, people that don't suffer from that pain don't get heartburn or acid reflux because their digestive system has no problems.
Can I Correct It?
Yes! My treatment has been effective (permanently!) for 90% of the people that have tried it. They are enjoying a life that is free of pain, anxiety, burping and embarrassment. You can too!
I spent a lot of time working out what was causing my pain. In the end I discovered the source of heartburn, and gastroesophageal reflux disease.

What is Heartburn?
Heartburn is a pain behind the breast bone, often described as ‘burning’ in quality. Pain can also be felt in the same region but toward the person's back. Heartburn is one of those conditions that almost everyone will face at some point in their lives. In truth, heartburn is not about the heart - it is a digestive trouble. Heartburn is generally related to meals and posture and can often be relieved by remedies for indigestion.
What Causes Heartburn?
Food is digested by acid in the stomach. Heartburn occurs when small amounts of this acid rise up into the gullet (esophagus) - this is called reflux.
The esophagus doesn't have a protective lining like the stomach, so when it is exposed to the acid it can become inflamed and painful. More Causes of Heartburn
