Why do I get heartburn?
Heartburn and acid reflux can be caused by an assortment of things. Some of these include: An over acidic stomach, eating a large meal, H. pylori bacterium, digestive problems, or a damaged lower esophageal sphincter.
A damaged LES (lower esophageal sphincter) and esophagus is the main reason people suffer from heartburn. Sometimes this heartburn damage is minimal and other times it is quite severe. Nevertheless, it can be cured - and quite simply too!
People experience heartburn and acid reflux because the wounds on their esophagus are exposed to stomach acid fumes. This can be very painful - like a feeling of scalding in the chest area. It's best compared to getting acidic vinegar on an open cut.
When people drink orange or tomato juice the acid in the drinks comes in direct contact with the sores and lesions on the esophagus and it causes pain. People who don't feel this pain don't get heartburn or acid reflux because their digestive system is working properly.
Can I Correct It?
Yes! Around 90% of the people who have tried my treatment have never suffered from heartburn again. They are now living unhindered by pain, anxiety, belching and embarrassment. You could join them!
I spent a lot of time working out what was causing my pain. I eventually succeeded in finding out what really causes heartburn and gastroesophageal reflux disease.

What is Heartburn?
Heartburn is a pain in the cheat (behind the breast bone), and feels like a ‘burning’ sensation. It can sometimes be felt closer to the back of the body than the front. Almost everyone experiences heartburn at some time in their lives. Heartburn is actually a digestive problem - not a heart condition. Heartburn can often be fixed by taking medication for indigestion. This is because it is usually linked to meals or posture.
What Causes Heartburn?
The stomach has acid in it, which is there to digest food. You get heartburn when tiny amounts of stomach acid ascend into the gullet (esophagus) - this ascension is called reflux.
The stomach has a protective lining but the esophagus doesn't, so it can become tender and irritated if it is touch by the acid. More Causes of Heartburn
