Why do I get acid reflux?
You can obtain acid reflux and heartburn in various ways. These include: An over acidic stomach, eating a large meal, H. pylori bacterium, digestive problems, or a damaged lower esophageal sphincter.
A damaged LES (lower esophageal sphincter) and esophagus is the main reason people suffer from acid reflux. acid reflux damage is sometimes nominal, but it is sometimes extreme. However it can be eliminated easily!
People experience acid reflux and heartburn because the wounds on their esophagus are exposed to stomach acid fumes. This can cause a lot of pain - like your chest is burning inside. The pain is similar to getting acidic vinegar on a cut.
People who have lesions on their esophagus would have a hard time drinking tomato, orange or any other acidic juice, because it would react with the sores and cause pain. People who don't feel pain obviously don't get acid reflux or heartburn because their digestive system is in good health.
Can I Correct It?
Of course! Of the people who have tried my method, 90% have been totally cured of their earlier acid reflux ailments. They are living their life pain-free, without anxiety, belching and embarrassment. You could be one of them!
I spent years trying to figure out what was happening inside my body. Eventually I understood what caused acid reflux, and gastroesophageal reflux disease.

What is Acid Reflux?
Acid Reflux is called Gastroesophageal reflux disease, or GERD. Acid reflux (GERD) is the condition in which the liquid content of the stomach regurgitates (backs up, or refluxes) into the esophagus. Acid reflux is often confused with intermittent heartburn because heartburn is the most frequent symptom of GERD. While normal heartburn is very irregular, the heartburn symptoms of acid reflux usually appear twice a week for no less than 12 weeks, and can harm your esophagus.
Acid reflux disease occurs when the rise of stomach acid into the esophagus is happens enough to damage the esophagus and/or control your daily life. Situated at the crown of the stomach is a muscle called the lower esophageal sphincter, or the LES, which permits food to enter by opening and closing. It also prevents the acid in your stomach from backing up into your esophagus. With GERD, the LES opens at the incorrect time, letting the esophagus be exposed to the strong stomach acid - which is meant to stay in the stomach!
GERD can result in critical medical conditions that call for hospitalization and perhaps surgery. Some suffers of GERD can find they develop a wheeze or cough because stomach acid gets into their lungs. If stomach acid gets all the way up into the throat, it can result in pain (or a 'sore throat'). If acid reaches the mouth, it can dissolve the enamel of the teeth. More on Acid Reflux
