Why do I get acid reflux?
Acid reflux and heartburn can originate from a range of different things. Some of these can be: Digestive problems, a damaged lower esophageal sphincter, an over acidic stomach, eating a large meal or H. pylori bacterium.
Most people experience acid reflux because of a damaged (LES) lower esophageal sphincter and esophagus. The injury from acid reflux can be small or large. However it is easily cured!
Stomach acid fumes coming into contact with lacerations on their esophagus is the cause of acid reflux, heartburn. This can cause a lot of pain - like your chest is burning inside. It's the same kind of pain as getting acidic vinegar on a cut.
If you feel pain while drinking orange, or any other acidic juice, you probably have esophagus lesions which are burning when the acid from the juice touches them. Clearly, if someone doesn't get that pain they won't suffer from acid reflux or heartburn because their digestive organs are in good working order.
Can I Correct It?
Certainly! Complete relief from acid reflux has been found by 90% of the people who have read my publication. They are now enjoying a life free of pain, anxiety, belching and embarrassment. This could be you as well!
I studied for several years - trying to figure out what was going on inside my body. At last I worked out what created acid reflux, and gastroesophageal reflux disease.

What is Acid Reflux?
Medically, Acid Reflux is named Gastroesophageal reflux disease, or GERD. Acid reflux (GERD) is the occurrence of stomach acid being regurgitated (back up, or refluxed) into the gullet (esophagus). GERD is often erroneously taken as sporadic heartburn because heartburn is its most common symptom! While regular heartburn is only very occasional, GERD heartburn usually happens at least twice a week for at least three months, and can badly injure your esophagus.
Acid reflux disease is when the stomach acid comes into contact with the esophagus often enough to damage the esophagus and/or have consequences on you day-to-day living. Positioned at the top of your stomach is a muscle called the lower esophageal sphincter, or the LES, which lets food in by opening and shutting. In addition, it stops stomach acid coming backing up into the esophagus and damaging it. If somebody suffers from Acid Reflux Disease, their lower esophageal sphincter will open at unsuitable times. opening up the esophagus and allowing stomach acid to come into contact with it.
Acid reflux disease can also lead to more serious medical conditions that call for a hospital and maybe surgery. Wheezing or coughing is another symptom of GERD, and occurs when the person gets acid into their lungs. GERD suffers can also develop a sore throat if the acid reaches it. The enamel on your teeth can be worn away by stomach acid if it gets into your mouth.. More on Acid Reflux
