Why do I get acid reflux?
Acid reflux and heartburn can be caused by an assortment of things. Some of these include: Digestive problems, an over acidic stomach, eating a large meal, H. pylori bacterium, or a damaged lower esophageal sphincter.
A damaged LES (lower esophageal sphincter) and esophagus is the main reason people suffer from acid reflux. Injury from acid reflux can vary from being minor to being extensive. Nevertheless, it can be cured - and quite simply too!
Acid reflux and heartburn occurs when vapors from the stomach acid makes contact with the sores on the esophagus. This can cause a lot of pain - like the sensation that the chest is being burnt from inside. The pain is similar to getting acidic vinegar on a cut.
People who have lesions on their esophagus would have a hard time drinking tomato, orange or any other acidic juice, because it would react with the sores and cause pain. Clearly, if someone doesn't get that pain they won't suffer from acid reflux or heartburn because their digestive system is working effectively.
Can I Correct It?
Of course you can, 90% of the people that have tried my method have found complete relief from their former acid reflux condition. They are living it up, with a life that is free of burping, embarrassment, anxiety - and most of all pain! You could be next!
It look me several years to understand exactly what was causing my pain. Eventually I understood what caused acid reflux, and gastroesophageal reflux disease.

What is Acid Reflux?
GERD is the most common name for Acid Reflux. It is the acronym of the medical term Gastroesophageal reflux disease. The regurgitation of stomach acid into the esophagus is the condition of Acid reflux (GERD). Acid reflux disease (GERD) is often mistaken for occasional heartburn because heartburn is the biggest indicator of GERD. Normal heartburn is much more infrequent that the acid reflux disease symptom of heartburn, which usually happens two or more days a week for a minimum of three months, and can seriously damage your esophagus.
The disease occurs when the ascension of stomach acid into the esophagus is regular enough to influence the way you live your daily life and/or injure the esophagus. A muscle called the lower esophageal sphincter (LES) is located at the top of your stomach, which permits food to enter by opening and closing. Also, it shields the esophagus by blocking stomach acid from it. With GERD, the LES opens at the incorrect time, opening up the esophagus and allowing stomach acid to come into contact with it.
Acid reflux disease can result in major health problems that call for a hospital and maybe surgery. Some people who suffer from acid reflux disease can get stomach acid in their lungs and start wheezing or coughing. Acid reflux in the throat can cause sore throat. If acid gets into the mouth it can corrode tooth enamel.. More on Acid Reflux
