Why do I get acid reflux?
Acid reflux and heartburn can have different causes. Some of these include: A damaged lower esophageal sphincter, an over acidic stomach, eating a large meal, H. pylori bacterium or digestive problems.
Acid reflux is experienced by most people as a result of having a damaged lower esophageal sphincter and esophagus. Injury from acid reflux can vary from being minor to being extensive. However it can be eliminated easily!
When stomach acid vapors touches lesions on the esophagus acid reflux and heartburn is experienced. This contact will create pain - a burning sensation in the chest area. It's best compared to getting acidic vinegar on an open cut.
Pain can be felt if you drink tomato or orange juice and the acid in the juice comes into contact with grazes on the esophagus. People that don’t have pain, obviously never get acid reflux or heartburn because their digestive organs are in good working order.
Can I Correct It?
Of course you can, 90% of the people that have tried my method have found complete relief from their former acid reflux condition. They are now enjoying a life free of pain, anxiety, belching and embarrassment. This could be you as well!
I studied for several years - trying to figure out what was going on inside my body. In the end I discovered the source of acid reflux, and gastroesophageal reflux disease.

What is Acid Reflux?
Acid Reflux often called GERD - an abbreviation of the medical term Gastroesophageal reflux disease. Acid reflux (GERD) is the regurgitation (back up, or refluxed) of stomach acid into the esophagus. Acid reflux disease can sometimes be taken for irregular heartburn because heartburn is the most frequent symptom of GERD. Unlike heartburn, symptoms of acid reflux disease generally occur two or more days a week for a minimum of 12 weeks, and can harm your esophagus.
Acid reflux disease is when the stomach acid comes into contact with the esophagus often enough to impact your daily life and/or damage the esophagus. Positioned at the top of your stomach is a muscle called the lower esophageal sphincter, or the LES, which, to let food in, normally opens and closes. Also, it shields the esophagus by blocking stomach acid from it. If someone has GERD, their lower esophageal sphincter will open at the wrong time, opening up the esophagus and allowing stomach acid to come into contact with it.
The disease can lead to severe health issues that require hospitalization and even surgery. In some acid reflux patients, acid can be regurgitated into the lungs, causing wheezing or cough. Acid reflux in the throat can cause sore throat. The enamel on your teeth can be worn away by stomach acid if it gets into your mouth.. More on Acid Reflux
