Why do I get acid reflux?
You can get acid reflux and heartburn from a number of different things. This includes: A damaged lower esophageal sphincter, H. pylori bacterium, an over acidic stomach, eating a large meal or digestive problems.
The majority of people experience acid reflux because they have damaged their (LES) lower esophageal sphincter and esophagus. Sometimes this damage from acid reflux is negligible and other times it is very bad. However it is easily cured!
People experience acid reflux and heartburn because the wounds on their esophagus are exposed to stomach acid fumes. This can cause a lot of pain - a feeling like your chest is being scalded from the inside. It is the same painful feeling as getting acidic vinegar in a cut.
Orange or tomato juice can cause pain for people the esophagus damage, as the acid in the drinks comes in contact with the sores causes pain. People who don't feel this pain don't get acid reflux or heartburn because their digestive system is working effectively.
Can I Correct It?
Of course you can, 90% of the people that have tried my method have found complete relief from their former acid reflux condition. They are now loving a life that is no longer weighed down by pain, anxiety and embarrassing belching. You can be one of them!
I studied for several years - trying to figure out what was going on inside my body. I finally got my head around the cause of acid reflux, and gastroesophageal reflux disease.

What is Acid Reflux?
Acid Reflux is called Gastroesophageal reflux disease, or GERD. Acid reflux (GERD) is the condition in which the liquid content of the stomach regurgitates (backs up, or refluxes) into the esophagus. Acid reflux is frequently wrongly taken for heartburn because that is the most common symptom! While normal heartburn is very irregular, the heartburn symptoms of acid reflux usually appear twice a week for at least 12 weeks, and can injure your esophagus.
GERD occurs when the stomach acid rising into the esophagus is common enough to influence your daily life and/or harm the esophagus. A muscle called the lower esophageal sphincter (LES) is located at the top of your stomach, which permits food to enter by opening and closing. It also works to stop stomach acid from refluxing into your esophagus. With GERD, the LES opens at inappropriate times, letting the esophagus be exposed to the strong stomach acid - which is meant to stay in the stomach!
Acid reflux disease can result in major health problems that call for hospitalization and perhaps surgery. Wheezing or coughing is another symptom of GERD, and occurs when the person gets acid into their lungs. If stomach acid gets all the way up into the throat, it can result in pain (or a 'sore throat'). If stomach acid enters the mouth it can eat away at tooth enamel.. More on Acid Reflux
