Why do I get acid reflux?
Acid reflux and heartburn can have several origins. Some are: An over acidic stomach, eating a large meal, H. pylori bacterium, digestive problems, or a damaged lower esophageal sphincter.
Acid reflux is experienced by most people as a result of having a damaged lower esophageal sphincter and esophagus. Sometimes this damage from acid reflux is negligible and other times it is very bad. Nonetheless it is simple to cure!
Acid reflux and heartburn occurs when vapors from the stomach acid makes contact with the sores on the esophagus. When acid fumes or acid come in contact with the lesions in your esophagus they will cause pain - like a feeling of scalding in the chest area. It's the same kind of pain as getting acidic vinegar on a cut.
If you have lesions on your esophagus, you will feel pain when you drink orange or tomato juice (because of the acid in the juice). Clearly, people that don't suffer from that pain don't get acid reflux or heartburn because their digestive system is in good health.
Can I Correct It?
Of course! 90% of people who have used my method have found total relief from their previous acid reflux problem. They are now living unhindered by pain, anxiety, belching and embarrassment. You could join them!
I studied for several years - trying to figure out what was going on inside my body. I eventually succeeded in finding out what really causes acid reflux and gastroesophageal reflux disease.

What is Acid Reflux?
Acid Reflux often called GERD - an abbreviation of the medical term Gastroesophageal reflux disease. When stomach acid is regurgitated back up into the esophagus, it is known as acid reflux, or GERD. Acid reflux is often confused with intermittent heartburn because heartburn is the most common indicator of acid reflux disease. Regular heartburn is much less frequent than the heartburn symptom of GERD - which usually occurs at least two days a week for no less than 12 weeks, and can harm your esophagus.
The disease occurs when the ascension of stomach acid into the esophagus is regular enough to influence your daily life and/or harm the esophagus. Located at the top of your stomach is a muscle called the lower esophageal sphincter (LES), which ordinarily opens and closes to let food in. Also, it shields the esophagus by blocking stomach acid from it. With Acid Reflux disease, the LES opens at the wrong moments, allowing the harmful stomach acid into the esophagus.
It can then lead to significant problems that call for a hospital and maybe surgery. Some suffers of GERD can find they develop a wheeze or cough because stomach acid gets into their lungs. GERD suffers can also develop a sore throat if the acid reaches it. Tooth enamel can be corroded by stomach acid if it reaches the mouth.. More on Acid Reflux
