Why do I get acid reflux?
Acid reflux and heartburn can be caused by an assortment of things. Some of these would include: Digestive problems, an over acidic stomach, eating a large meal, H. pylori bacterium, or a damaged lower esophageal sphincter.
The majority of people experience acid reflux because they have damaged their (LES) lower esophageal sphincter and esophagus. acid reflux damage is sometimes nominal, but it is sometimes extreme. However it is easily cured!
People experience acid reflux, heartburn etc. because the stomach acid fumes come in contact with the lesions on their esophagus. This contact will create pain - like a feeling of scalding in the chest area. It's the same kind of pain as getting acidic vinegar on a cut.
When people drink orange or tomato juice the acid in the drinks comes in direct contact with the sores and lesions on the esophagus and it causes pain. People who don't feel this pain don't get acid reflux or heartburn because their digestive system is working properly.
Can I Correct It?
Of course! 90% of people who have used my method have found total relief from their previous acid reflux problem. They are now living unhindered by pain, anxiety, belching and embarrassment. You could join them!
I researched for years to get my head around what was causing me so much pain and embarrassment. In the end I discovered the source of acid reflux, and gastroesophageal reflux disease.

What is Acid Reflux?
GERD is the most common name for Acid Reflux. It is the acronym of the medical term Gastroesophageal reflux disease. Acid reflux (GERD) is the regurgitation (back up, or refluxed) of stomach acid into the esophagus. GERD can occasionally be confused with infrequent heartburn because heartburn is the most frequent symptom of GERD. But unlike occasional heartburn, the heartburn symptoms of acid reflux disease usually occur 2 or more days a week for at least 3 months and can damage your esophagus.
Acid reflux disease is when the acid rises into the esophagus repeatedly enough to influence the way you live your daily life and/or injure the esophagus. A muscle called the lower esophageal sphincter (LES) is located at the top of your stomach, which permits food to enter by opening and closing. It also protects the esophagus by not allowing stomach acid up. If somebody suffers from Acid Reflux Disease, their lower esophageal sphincter will open at unsuitable times. letting the esophagus be exposed to the strong stomach acid - which is meant to stay in the stomach!
Acid reflux disease can also lead to more serious medical conditions that demand clinical treatment, and sometimes surgery. Some people who suffer from acid reflux disease can get stomach acid in their lungs and start wheezing or coughing. Regurgitation of acid into the throat can create a sore throat. If acid gets all the way into the mouth, it can begin to dissolve tooth enamel.. More on Acid Reflux
