Why do I get acid reflux?
You can get acid reflux and heartburn from a number of different things. Some of these include: Eating a large meal, H. pylori bacterium, digestive problems, an over acidic stomach or a damaged lower esophageal sphincter.
Acid reflux is experienced by most people as a result of having a damaged lower esophageal sphincter and esophagus. The pain of acid reflux can very from being quite insignificant to debilitating. Nevertheless, it can be cured - and quite simply too!
People experience acid reflux, heartburn etc. because the stomach acid fumes come in contact with the lesions on their esophagus. When they come into contact it will cause pain - a sense of burning in the chest region. The pain is similar to getting acidic vinegar on a cut.
If someone is experiencing pain when they drink acidic juice (like orange or tomato) they probably have a damaged esophagus. People who don't feel this pain don't get acid reflux or heartburn because their body is in good working order.
Can I Correct It?
Of course! 90% of people who have used my method have found total relief from their previous acid reflux problem. They are living their life pain-free, without anxiety, belching and embarrassment. You could be one of them!
I spent months learning why my body was giving me so much grief. I finally got my head around the cause of acid reflux, and gastroesophageal reflux disease.

What is Acid Reflux?
Medically, Acid Reflux is named Gastroesophageal reflux disease, or GERD. Acid reflux (GERD) is the condition where stomach acid is regurgitated into the esophagus. GERD can occasionally be confused with infrequent heartburn because heartburn is the biggest indicator of GERD. While normal heartburn is very irregular, the heartburn symptoms of acid reflux usually appear twice a week for at least three months, and can badly injure your esophagus.
Acid reflux disease occurs when the reflux of stomach acid into the esophagus is frequent enough to impact your daily life and/or damage the esophagus. Positioned at the top of your stomach is a muscle called the lower esophageal sphincter, or the LES, which, to let food in, normally opens and closes. It also protects the esophagus by not allowing stomach acid up. If somebody suffers from Acid Reflux Disease, their lower esophageal sphincter will open at unsuitable times. exposing the esophagus to stomach acid.
The disease can lead to severe health issues that call for hospitalization and perhaps surgery. Some people who suffer from acid reflux disease can get stomach acid in their lungs and start wheezing or coughing. Sore throats are sometimes an indication of GERD, as the acid has burnt it. If stomach acid enters the mouth it can eat away at tooth enamel.. More on Acid Reflux
