Why do I get acid reflux?
You can get acid reflux and heartburn from a number of different things. Some of these would include: Eating a large meal, H. pylori bacterium, digestive problems, an over acidic stomach or a damaged lower esophageal sphincter.
Damaging their lower esophageal sphincter and esophagus is the reason most people get acid reflux. Sometimes this acid reflux damage is minimal and other times it is quite severe. However it can be corrected - and quite easily too!
People experience acid reflux and heartburn because the wounds on their esophagus are exposed to stomach acid fumes. This will result in pain - best described as a burning sensation in the chest. It's best compared to getting acidic vinegar on an open cut.
Drinking orange or tomato juice can be a painful experience for someone with esophagus lesions, as the acid in the juice will burn their throat. People that don’t have pain don't get acid reflux or heartburn because their body is in good working order.
Can I Correct It?
Of course you can, 90% of the people that have tried my method have found complete relief from their former acid reflux condition. They are living it up, with a life that is free of burping, embarrassment, anxiety - and most of all pain! You could be next!
It look me several years to understand exactly what was causing my pain. Eventually I understood what caused acid reflux, and gastroesophageal reflux disease.

What is Acid Reflux?
Acid Reflux often called GERD - an abbreviation of the medical term Gastroesophageal reflux disease. The regurgitation of stomach acid into the esophagus is the condition of Acid reflux (GERD). GERD can occasionally be confused with infrequent heartburn because that is the most common symptom! While normal heartburn is very irregular, the heartburn symptoms of acid reflux usually appear twice a week for at least 12 weeks, and can injure your esophagus.
GERD occurs when the stomach acid rising into the esophagus is common enough to influence the way you live your daily life and/or injure the esophagus. Positioned at the top of your stomach is a muscle called the lower esophageal sphincter, or the LES, which opens and shuts to let food enter. It also protects the esophagus by not allowing stomach acid up. With GERD, the LES opens at the incorrect time, allowing acid from the stomach to get into the esophagus, where it doesn't belong.
It can then lead to significant problems that demand clinical treatment, and sometimes surgery. Wheezing or coughing is another symptom of GERD, and occurs when the person gets acid into their lungs. GERD suffers can also develop a sore throat if the acid reaches it. The enamel on your teeth can be worn away by stomach acid if it gets into your mouth.. More on Acid Reflux
