Why do I get acid reflux?
Acid reflux and heartburn can be caused by an assortment of things. Some of these include: Digestive problems, an over acidic stomach, eating a large meal, H. pylori bacterium, or a damaged lower esophageal sphincter.
A damaged LES (lower esophageal sphincter) and esophagus is the main reason people suffer from acid reflux. The harm caused by acid reflux varies - sometimes it is very slight, other times it can be quite major. Nonetheless it can be solved in a very straightforward way!
People experience acid reflux, heartburn etc. because the stomach acid fumes come in contact with the lesions on their esophagus. When acid fumes or acid come in contact with the lesions in your esophagus they will cause pain - like the sensation that the chest is being burnt from inside. It feels similar to getting acidic vinegar in an open wound.
If someone is experiencing pain when they drink acidic juice (like orange or tomato) they probably have a damaged esophagus. People that don’t have pain don't get acid reflux or heartburn because their digestive system is working effectively.
Can I Correct It?
Certainly! My method of treatment has completely cured 90% of the people who have tested it - no more acid reflux! They are making the most of their life, that is no longer hampered by pain, anxiety, burping and embarrassment. You could too!
I spent months figuring out what was occurring with my body. Eventually I understood what caused acid reflux, and gastroesophageal reflux disease.

What is Acid Reflux?
GERD is the most common name for Acid Reflux. It is the acronym of the medical term Gastroesophageal reflux disease. Acid reflux (GERD) is the condition where stomach acid is regurgitated into the esophagus. GERD can occasionally be confused with infrequent heartburn because heartburn is the most common indicator of acid reflux disease. Regular heartburn is much less frequent than the heartburn symptom of GERD - which usually occurs at least two days a week for a minimum of three months, and can seriously damage your esophagus.
Acid reflux disease is when the stomach acid comes into contact with the esophagus often enough to result in changes to your daily life and/or hurt the esophagus. Located at the top of your stomach is a muscle called the lower esophageal sphincter (LES), which lets food in by opening and shutting. It also works to stop stomach acid from refluxing into your esophagus. If somebody suffers from Acid Reflux Disease, their lower esophageal sphincter will open at unsuitable times. allowing acid from the stomach to get into the esophagus, where it doesn't belong.
GERD can lead to more acute medical problems that call for hospitalization and perhaps surgery. In some acid reflux patients, acid can be regurgitated into the lungs, causing wheezing or cough. If stomach acid gets all the way up into the throat, it can result in pain (or a 'sore throat'). Tooth enamel can be corroded by stomach acid if it reaches the mouth.. More on Acid Reflux
