Why do I get acid reflux?
Acid reflux and heartburn can have different causes. Some are: An over acidic stomach, eating a large meal, H. pylori bacterium, digestive problems, or a damaged lower esophageal sphincter.
Acid reflux is experienced by most people as a result of having a damaged lower esophageal sphincter and esophagus. Sometimes this acid reflux damage is minimal and other times it is quite severe. Nonetheless it can be solved in a very straightforward way!
When stomach acid vapors touches lesions on the esophagus acid reflux and heartburn is experienced. When acid fumes or acid come in contact with the lesions in your esophagus they will cause pain - a feeling like your chest is being scalded from the inside. It's best compared to getting acidic vinegar on an open cut.
If someone is experiencing pain when they drink acidic juice (like orange or tomato) they probably have a damaged esophagus. People that don’t have pain, obviously never get acid reflux or heartburn because their digestive organs are working properly.
Can I Correct It?
Of course you can, 90% of the people who have read my publication have been totally cured of their acid reflux problems. They are now loving a life that is no longer weighed down by pain, anxiety and embarrassing belching. You can be one of them!

What is Acid Reflux?
Acid Reflux often called GERD - an abbreviation of the medical term Gastroesophageal reflux disease. When stomach acid is regurgitated back up into the esophagus, it is known as acid reflux, or GERD. Acid reflux disease (GERD) is often mistaken for occasional heartburn because that is the most common symptom! Normal heartburn is much more infrequent that the acid reflux disease symptom of heartburn, which usually happens two or more days a week for at least 12 weeks, and can injure your esophagus.
Acid reflux disease occurs when the rise of stomach acid into the esophagus is happens enough to damage the esophagus and/or have consequences on you day-to-day living. Located at the top of your stomach is a muscle called the lower esophageal sphincter (LES), which opens and shuts to let food enter. In addition, it stops stomach acid coming backing up into the esophagus and damaging it. With GERD, the LES opens at inappropriate times, exposing the esophagus to stomach acid.
The disease can lead to severe health issues that need hospital treatment. Some people who suffer from acid reflux disease can get stomach acid in their lungs and start wheezing or coughing. Acid reflux in the throat can cause sore throat. If acid reaches the mouth, it can dissolve the enamel of the teeth. More on Acid Reflux
