Why do I get acid reflux?
You can get acid reflux and heartburn from a number of different things. Some of these include: Digestive problems, a damaged lower esophageal sphincter, an over acidic stomach, eating a large meal or H. pylori bacterium.
A damaged LES (lower esophageal sphincter) and esophagus is the most common reason for acid reflux. The harm caused by acid reflux varies - sometimes it is very slight, other times it can be quite major. Nevertheless, it can be cured - and quite simply too!
People get acid reflux and heartburn when stomach acid vapor and esophagus lesions come into contact. This can hurt a lot - like the sensation that the chest is being burnt from inside. It's the same feeling as getting acid on a cut.
If someone is experiencing pain when they drink acidic juice (like orange or tomato) they probably have a damaged esophagus. People that don’t have pain don't get acid reflux or heartburn because their digestive organs are in good working order.
Can I Correct It?
Of course you can, 90% of the people that have tried my method have found complete relief from their former acid reflux condition. They are now loving a life that is no longer weighed down by pain, anxiety and embarrassing belching. You can be one of them!
I studied for several years - trying to figure out what was going on inside my body. In the end I found out what brought about acid reflux, and gastroesophageal reflux disease.

What is Acid Reflux?
GERD is the most common name for Acid Reflux. It is the acronym of the medical term Gastroesophageal reflux disease. When stomach acid is regurgitated back up into the esophagus, it is known as acid reflux, or GERD. Acid reflux disease (GERD) is often mistaken for occasional heartburn because it is the most common indication that someone has GERD. Normal heartburn is much more infrequent that the acid reflux disease symptom of heartburn, which usually happens two or more days a week for at least three months, and can badly injure your esophagus.
Acid reflux disease is when the stomach acid comes into contact with the esophagus often enough to influence the way you live your daily life and/or injure the esophagus. Located at the top of your stomach is a muscle called the lower esophageal sphincter (LES), which opens and shuts to let food enter. In addition, it stops stomach acid coming backing up into the esophagus and damaging it. The LES will open at inappropriate times if someone suffers from GERD, exposing the esophagus to stomach acid.
The disease can lead to severe health issues that require hospitalization and even surgery. Some acid reflux patients can develop a wheeze or cough. This is the result of stomach acid making its way into the lungs. If stomach acid gets all the way up into the throat, it can result in pain (or a 'sore throat'). The enamel on your teeth can be worn away by stomach acid if it gets into your mouth.. More on Acid Reflux
