Why do I get acid reflux?
Acid reflux and heartburn can originate from a range of different things. Some are: A damaged lower esophageal sphincter, H. pylori bacterium, an over acidic stomach, eating a large meal or digestive problems.
The majority of people experience acid reflux because they have damaged their (LES) lower esophageal sphincter and esophagus. Sometimes this acid reflux damage is minimal and other times it is quite severe. However it is simple to eliminate!
Stomach acid fumes coming into contact with lacerations on their esophagus is the cause of acid reflux, heartburn. When they come into contact it will cause pain - a feeling like your chest is being scalded from the inside. It's best compared to getting acidic vinegar on an open cut.
If you feel pain while drinking orange, or any other acidic juice, you probably have esophagus lesions which are burning when the acid from the juice touches them. Clearly, if someone doesn't get that pain they won't suffer from acid reflux or heartburn because their digestive organs are in good working order.
Can I Correct It?
Yes! My treatment has been effective (permanently!) for 90% of the people that have tried it. They are making the most of their life, that is no longer hampered by pain, anxiety, burping and embarrassment. You could too!
I spent years trying to figure out what was happening inside my body. In the end I discovered the source of acid reflux, and gastroesophageal reflux disease.

What is Acid Reflux?
GERD is the most common name for Acid Reflux. It is the acronym of the medical term Gastroesophageal reflux disease. The regurgitation of stomach acid into the esophagus is the condition of Acid reflux (GERD). Acid reflux is often confused with intermittent heartburn because heartburn is the most common indicator of acid reflux disease. While normal heartburn is very irregular, the heartburn symptoms of acid reflux usually appear twice a week for a minimum of 12 weeks, and can harm your esophagus.
The disease occurs when the ascension of stomach acid into the esophagus is regular enough to damage the esophagus and/or control your daily life. At the top of your stomach is a muscle called the lower esophageal sphincter (LES), which, to let food in, normally opens and closes. It also protects the esophagus by not allowing stomach acid up. If someone has GERD, their lower esophageal sphincter will open at the wrong time, opening up the esophagus and allowing stomach acid to come into contact with it.
Acid reflux disease can also lead to more serious medical conditions that need hospital treatment. Some people who suffer from acid reflux disease can get stomach acid in their lungs and start wheezing or coughing. GERD suffers can also develop a sore throat if the acid reaches it. Tooth enamel can be corroded by stomach acid if it reaches the mouth.. More on Acid Reflux
