Tactical VCR 2 is a replacement combat recorder for Vga Planets(c)(tm) v3.x. This addon is a 2d mass combat simulator which allows for up to 1 planet (w/Starbase), 999 ships and 40000 fighters in flight. Battles can vary greatly depending on the tactics set by each player and the capabilities of their ships, including combat cloaking.
