Build up a collection of Wallpaper Bitmaps in a single folder, and have the 'Picker choose one at random at startup to use as wallpaper. Also, whenever you feel a change of mood is needed, simply click the smiley icon on your taksbar's system tray, and get a different randomly-chosen wallpaper! Now supports tiling and centering - WPP remembers the center/tile setting for each file, so when it's picked at random, it'll be displayed properly. Quick, intuitive and simple!
