This program will display images and/or a memo on the screen Always On Top of all other windows. It can load and display up to 50 images of your choice in an adjustable time-delay loop. It can also display a memo pad on its own or in rotation with the images. It plays a .WAV file on loading the first image. The images and .WAV file can be changed any time you please.
