Buy Scheduler    $89.95 (as at Jan 2005) Sheduler is designed for Contractors and Tradesmen that perform both new Construction and Service Repairs.Project Scheduling allows for each phase of a project to be assigned to different team members, and Administrative personel. Each Project Milestone is given a duration, start date and contingency (on previous Milestone). You create a Project Template once, then select only those items that apply for each Project that you schedule. Scheduler can Schedule Service Attentions for up to 40 vehicles. Customer Information is entered once and retained for future use. Repair Items are also stored and available for all future requests. Once entered, a Service Attention is retained until completed. Service Attentions can be rescheduled if not completed, or by Customer Request. Customer Meetings, Holodays, vacations and the like can be scheduled. Non-service events can be scheduled. Pre and Post normal workday hours can be scheduled. Service Programs can be scheduled. Daily Service Schedules and Service Invoices can be prited for each Repair Assignment. Service Schedules and Service Invoices can be printed with an Office Tracking Summary which tears off and is returned for auditing. Use in conjunction with Money Manager for a complete Scheduling and Billing system.
