HARP is software used by a clinic to manage patients heart readings. It records any number of visits for the patient and compares those results against previous visits. The system will also record group readings so you can give a particular site or business a risk assessment report of its population. Then again with follow-up visits, you can give them an indication if their population is getting better or worst since your last visit.
